Roy and Jo Nell McLerran (Pa Roy and Jo Jo) are the foundation of Diamond M Farms. They celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary in January, and have always set a loving, responsible example for their family. They raised two children, Brian and Amy. They now spend countless hours together with their their children and grandchildren on the farm.

Brian graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. While at TTU, Brian met his future wife, Samantha Easterly. After Samantha completed medical school, they were able to move back to the Clay/Overton County area where Samantha began practicing medicine. Brian and Samantha have three children, Ella, Brianna and Cordell.

Amy graduated with a B.S. in Business Management (Mgmt. Info. Systems) from Tennessee Technological University, and then chose the field of education. She married Jason Dodson, and they have one son, Will. Amy continued at TTU to complete a M.A. and Ed.S. in Administrative Leadership. Jason and Amy teach high school, and have a photography studio, Dodson Imaging.
